Back to all features Frequently asked questions Do we need to upload application information for reviewing to take place? Yes, application data must be available in Good Grants for reviewing to proceed. If applications are collected externally, they can be imported into the platform. Once uploaded, categories, reviewer panels, and scoring criteria can be configured to align with your program's needs. Can reviewers’ comments be edited? By default, comments are final once submitted. However, grant managers can edit or remove comments if needed to ensure clarity or correct errors. How can we provide feedback to applicants based on reviewers’ evaluations? Applicants can receive scores and comments through a feedback round. You can configure when and how this information is shared, ensuring confidentiality while keeping the reviewing process structured. Is it possible to anonymise applications during reviewing to prevent bias? Yes, applications can be anonymised so reviewers can assess submissions without knowing the applicant's identity. Can reviewers collaborate or discuss applications within the platform? Yes, reviewers can see and respond to each other’s comments if this setting is enabled. This allows for a more interactive reviewing process where reviewers can provide additional context or discuss specific applications. How can we monitor reviewers' progress during reviewing? The Reviewing progress view provides an overview of each reviewer’s activity, showing completed evaluations and pending tasks. This makes it easy to track progress and ensure reviewing stays on schedule.
