In any grants program, finding what you need quickly for the task at hand is essential. We make this easy in Good Grants with Saved views of searches.
With our latest update, program managers now have a faster and easier way to locate what they need—introducing shortcuts, a quick-access link to Saved views at the top of the page with the option to add them to the Dashboard as well.
Saved views in Good Grants are a useful feature for program managers to quickly save repeated searches and queries. Program managers save time by not needing to set individual search criteria each time they want to do the same search. In addition to setting search criteria, columns can also be added, removed or re-ordered and saved as part of the Saved view.
One example of how Saved views can be used is on Manage applications by searching for all applications in progress when only the application name, applicant name and last updated status columns need to be visible. A Saved view can be created and then added as a shortcut for direct access from Manage applications or the Dashboard.
Shortcuts are specific to each program manager so it’s easy for managers to create their own tailored list of shortcuts.
With shortcuts, the most useful program views are easily accessible with one click. No longer saved out of sight, they are available right where you need them. #timesaver
